To achieve our ultimate goal of requiring Congress to have Term Limits and have national referendums, we must have several members of Congress be from our Party. To do this we must have other candidates from other congressional districts within the State of Florida or even candidates from other states.

 

     Since our Party is already recognized by the State of Florida, Term Limit candidates from the State of Florida must obtain signatures from one percent of the registered voters within their congressional district. Each signature must be on a Candidate Petition form and this form must be submitted and verified by the Supervisor of Elections from the county where the signor of the petition resides.

 

     Term Limit Candidates outside of Florida should petition their State to have our Party recognized by that State. Once our Party is recognized by their State, that candidate must go through the necessary steps to have their name printed on their respective ballot.
